Bookings must initially be made for all riders in one transaction. (we are unable to split the booking per rider)
IMPORTANT - Booking and Cancellation Policy
Please see and agree to our cancellation policy below:
Full refund (minus a 3% card payment admin fee) for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in. Changing your booking dates are treated as a cancellation and a re-booking as above.
You may add additional riders up to a maximum of 6 for a fee of £110 per rider. Additional riders cannot be added within 48 hours before check-in.
If you wish to reduce the number of riders on your booking you will be refunded a percentage of the £110 cost per rider as per the full cancellation rules above . Eg. reduction from 6 riders to 5 riders, 10 days before check in you will recieve a refund of £55 minus the 3% card fee. there is no refund for rider numbers below 4.
Your payment will be processed by Fronwen LTD. Company ID 12010916. BikeCorris will supply the guided ride elements and Fronwen LTD will supply the accomodation.
Recommended Equipment for Riding
The Dyfi is a tough riding environment, with the nearest bike shop half a DAY away. Please ensure your bike is in good mechanical condition before you arrive, and bring any unique spares with you (mech hanger, spokes etc).
It also rains a lot in Wales. Bring enough warm and waterproof clothes for your days on the bike.
House Rules for Fronwen Lodge
Please leave the Lodge clean and tidy, as you would wish to find it.
Please keep noise to a minimum after 11pm.
Smoking or e-cigarettes are not allowed iside The Lodge.
Please take muddy shoes/gear off before entering where possible.
No camp fires anywhere on the property.
Please separate recycling and put in the bins outside (round the back on the garden side)
Only burn logs provided by us in the burner. 1 x basket for free per weekend with stay, can purchase more for £5/Basket.
Main house, garden, pond and woods are not accessible to Lodge guests, as well as the rear of the Lodge.
Fronwen Lodge or BikeCorris are not responsible for any property left on the premesis, including bikes. The bike security store is for your convenience and does not carry specific insurance.
Check in time 3pm-10pm. Check out time 10am.
